The Epidermis Lab is an appointment-only skincare studio in Downtown Long Beach. Hi, I’m Tim. I’ve always been fascinated by skin and skincare; not only in how it looks and feels, but how it functions, adapts, repairs, and thrives. That curiosity is what inspired The Epidermis Lab: an intersection where my passion for science, skin health, education, human touch, and personalized care come together to help you achieve your healthiest skin. My approach is built around three simple principles: heal, correct, and prevent. Every treatment begins with understanding where your skin is today. From there, we’ll work together to address current concerns, support your skin’s natural ability to heal, and help prevent future issues through thoughtful, non-abrasive, evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique skin. I believe healthy skin starts with understanding it. My goal isn’t just to give you a great facial; it’s to help you understand and feel empowered with knowledge to achieve your long term healthy skin goals. I’ve seen that caring for skin can be more than just a facial; it’s about healing, feeling comfortable and confident, feeling at home in your skin again, and rediscovering your reflection. My approach combines personalized care with science-based treatments designed to correct, prevent, and support long-term skin health. Parking and Arrival Information Parking is available in the public parking structure at 50 E. 5th St., Long Beach, CA 90802. The first 1 hour is free, $2.00 per hour after. Upon arrival, please call or text me, and I will meet you at the front entrance of Salon Row. For your safety and the best treatment results, please review the following before your appointment: • I am unable to perform services on clients who are pregnant. • Please wait at least 14 days after Botox, fillers, or other injectables before scheduling a facial treatment. • Discontinue retinol, Retin-A, tretinoin, adapalene, and other vitamin A products 14 days before your appointment unless otherwise directed by your physician. • Please notify me of any recent chemical peels, laser treatments, skin resurfacing procedures, pacemaker, or changes in medications. • Clients who are feeling ill, have an active cold sore, open wounds, sunburn, or a contagious skin condition should reschedule their appointment. • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have signed a consent form before treatment.
